Select your browser for specific instructions on how to allow pop-ups
iPhone/iPad
  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Select "Safari".
  • Locate "Block Pop-ups" under General and slide the button to the disabled position in order to allow pop-ups.
Mac
  • Open Safari.
  • Select "Settings".
  • Click the Websites tab.
  • Click Pop-up windows on the left.
  • You can allow pop-ups for all websites by selecting "Allow" next to "When visiting other websites" on the right.
iPhone/iPad
  • Open the Chrome app on your device.
  • Tap the the three dot menu and chose "Settings".
  • Scroll down and select "Content Settings".
  • Turn Off "Block Pop-ups".
Mac
  • Open Chrome.
  • Tap the three dot menu and chose "Settings".
  • Select "Privacy and Security" on the left.
  • Select "Site settings" under Privacy and Security on the right.
  • Scroll down and select "Pop-ups and redirects" under Content.
  • Select "Sites can send pop-ups or use redirects" under default behavior to allow pop-ups for all sites.
Android
  • Open the Chrome app on your device.
  • Tap the three dot menu and chose "Settings".
  • Scroll down and select "Site Settings".
  • Locate "Pop-ups and redirects" under General.
  • Slide the button to the disabled position in order to allow pop-ups.
Windows
  • Open Chrome.
  • Tap the three dot menu and chose "Settings".
  • Select "Privacy and Security" on the left.
  • Select "Site settings" under Privacy and Security on the right.
  • Scroll down and select "Pop-ups and redirects" under Content.
  • Select "Sites can send pop-ups or use redirects" under default behavior to allow pop-ups for all sites.
Windows
  • Open Edge.
  • Tap the three dot menu and chose "Settings".
  • Select "Cookies and site permissions" on the left.
  • Select "Pop-ups and redirects" under All Permissions on the right.
  • Turn Off "Blocked".
